On Friday 4th we will be launching Swiss Watching - Inside Europe's Landlocked Island by Diccon Bewes, from 6 - 8pm here in the shop.

On Tuesday 17th we are holding a quiz night. Put together a team of four and come along to test how well you know your books and general knowledge. Entry is free and the winners will receive £75 worth of Penguin books. To reserve a place, please leave your contact details and team name at the front desk.



July

The West Meon Festival of Books runs from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th July. The Festival aims to be a small, informal celebration of literature in the rural community and to share the enjoyment of village amenities with an interested audience from across the region.
Visiting authors include Christopher Martin-Jenkins, Virginia Ironside and Jane Gardam OBE.
